Meet the Crew

Ross is a 2nd generation lumber/material buyer at Action Floor Systems with 14 years of experience. He thrives at maintaining relationships with current vendors while developing new relationships with sawmills and other material providers.

Josh has been with Action Floors for over 15 years and specializes in material handling, packaging and logistics for all Action product lines. Josh works directly with Action customers to ensure on time deliveries and full customer satisfaction.

Karl has over 40 + years of experience manufacturing hardwood flooring and has been with Action Floors from day one. He is currently responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing operations. Maintaining quality of product, efficiency of operations and a safe work environment are at the forefront of daily efforts. Karl is always looking to the future and seeking out new technology/machinery to sustain Action as a leader in the industry.

Ekaterina Snow was born and raised in a small Russian town of Mumra. She is the only child of Alexander and Elena Pavlovi. Both of her parents are long-term employees of a ship-yard factory in her hometown.
Ekaterina, who also goes by Kate, came to the United States as a foreign exchange student in 2011 to work at Snow's Family Market. In 2012 she immigrated to the US to start a family with her husband Michael Snow. Together they are raising two children and continue to reside in Mercer, WI.
Kate studied pedagogics (teaching) of foreign languages for three years at Astrakhan State University in Russia before moving to the US. She paused her studies to raise her family and previously worked as a Family Service Advocate at Lac Du Flambeau Headstart. She resumed her education in 2018 and graduated from Rasmussen University in 2020. Kate earned a bachelor's degree in accounting, with a focus on business management. She began her accounting career with St. Croix Rods, later moving to Gogebic Medical Care Facility to work as Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator.
Kate enjoys gardening, dancing, cross country skiing, ice skating with her children and traveling with her family. She is very excited to be joining Action Floors Systems and is driven to become a long-term asset for the company.

New to Action Floors in 2022, Amy comes with a diverse, well-rounded background including the wood industry, which will be key to continue to build upon the strong relationships with Actions’ dealers/installers and sales team to keep customer satisfaction a priority. Amy strives to make every customer experience a positive one.
